USAGE: the intended use for my art is personal (no profit) If you want to use the art for some minor kind of profit (including but not limited to: Twitch Alerts, Profile Pictures, and Banners as a creator/influencer.) There will be a small price increase from 1.1 to 1.5 times the original price. If you intend for commercial use (including but not limited to: Major Branding, Merch.), The price will increase to 1.2 to 3 times the base price. Credit must be given. Please inform me of your intent of use beforehand, even if your intended use has been listed.

Clients are at no point allowed to use the given art for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or other blockchain and cryptocurrency-related activities. Subsequently, it is also forbidden to use the artwork to advertise non-fungible tokens or crypto.

Clients are at no point allowed to use the given art to be used as a base or to be trained in AI art or other automated image creation activities. Subsequently, it is also forbidden to use the artwork to advertise AI generated art. I DO NOT OFFER AI ART RETOUCHING.

Please DO NOT remove the watermark on the artwork.

PAYMENT + REFUNDS: Full upfront. Paypal only. I will be asking for your email so I may invoice you first, however, you are not required to pay until I send an initial sketch. Once I have your approval on that sketch, I will not begin work until I have confirmed the full upfront payment. I do not accept refunds after I have begun work. You must provide as many references as you can provide, if you fail to do so, and I fail to create something up to what you imagined, you will not be eligible for a refund. This is only different if we have other criteria not mentioned, eg. deadlines not met. Extraneous terms like these must be established before work begins.

COPYRIGHTS: When I receive your final payment, copyright is automatically assigned as follows: Credit must be given to me, but you own the graphics and files I provide, and you are allowed to use them in any fashion you wish. Except, as stated before, for unauthorized commercial use. I will provide a copy of all file types that you want, including transparent variants and formats without any extra charges (.png .jpg .gif .mp4 .webm etc.), EXCEPT for the original program file. (.psd .clip etc.) These are not able to be purchased.

You are responsible for cloud or backup storage of the art, as I am not required to keep them or provide any native source files that I used in making them. I reserve the right to display and link to my completed art as part of my portfolio and commission sheets. Privacy, as in not allowing posting or portfolio displays adds another fee.

REPORTING ON PROCESS: Regular updates (at least once or twice a week) will be provided. I will be providing sketches as I go through each step of the process. Each time I reach a stage where major adjustments incur a higher cost, I will post progress and request explicit approval to move on.

I WILL NOT DO: NSFW, Furry, or anything excessively complicated or otherwise makes me uncomfortable. I am capable of working with reference for more mechanical and out of reach things, but it is not my specialty. I DO NOT OFFER AI ART RETOUCHING.
